Introduction 

Somaliland National AIDS Commission is a multi-sectored government body established by Act LR. 67/2014. The Commission is providing coordination, oversight, leadership and strategic vision for HIV response in the country.
SOLNAC Advocacy program framework seeks to improve mainstreaming of the HIV response into the capacity building and institutional development initiatives, and promoting human rights and gender equality, as outlined in the UNTP. The framework has adopted recommendations of the IASC clusters on HIV interventions in emergence settings. Interested and eligible suppliers and service providers are invited to apply for prequalification below are the categories of goods and services

Interested suppliers and service providers are advised to submit complete Prequalification documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked (Prequalification of suppliers for the financial year only (2023) and the item code applied.

3. Certificate of Business, License
4. Valid tax Clarence certificate
5. Evidence of relevant experience
